rounds
the game runs in rounds of 60 minutes, back to back, all day.
- a round starts. everyone’s loss for the round is zero.
- every buy and sell of loser is recorded live, straight from the chain.
- each time you sell, your profit or loss on that sale is added to your total for the round.
- when the timer hits zero, the wallet with the biggest total loss wins, as long as it lost at least 0.05 sol.
- the winner is paid, and the next round starts immediately.
how your loss is counted
only realized losses count. holding a bag that’s down doesn’t count until you sell. a sale counts in the round it happens in.
your cost is tracked first in, first out: when you sell, the tokens you bought first are the ones treated as sold. profits and losses from different sells in the same round cancel each other out, so a win later in the round lowers your total loss.
example
| trade | tokens | sol | what happens |
|---|---|---|---|
| buy | 1,000,000 | 1.00 | first lot, cost 1.00 |
| buy | 1,000,000 | 2.00 | second lot, cost 2.00 |
| sell | 1,500,000 | 1.20 | sells all of lot 1 + half of lot 2 |
| cost of what was sold | 1.00 + 1.00 = 2.00 | ||
| loss this round | 1.20 − 2.00 = −0.80 sol | ||
the remaining 500,000 tokens keep their cost of 1.00 sol for your next sell.
what doesn’t count
- quick flips. tokens have to be held at least 5 minutes before selling them counts.
- transfers. tokens sent to you from another wallet have no recorded cost, so selling them is ignored.
- old bags. tokens bought before tracking started are ignored for the same reason.
- unsold losses. if you haven’t sold, you haven’t lost yet.
- excluded wallets. the dev wallet can never win. wallets caught gaming the rules can be banned.
the pot
pump.fun pays the coin’s creator a small fee on every trade. those creator fees fund the pot. more trading means a bigger pot.
the pot shown on the site is an estimate based on trading volume and pump.fun’s fee rate. the real amount is known once the fees are claimed.
if nobody wins a round, or the winner’s payout is capped, what’s left rolls into the next round. a quiet stretch makes the next pot bigger.
payouts
the winner gets the pot, or 50% of what they lost, whichever is smaller.
- you don’t need to claim anything. sol is sent straight to the winning wallet.
- payouts are sent by hand after the round, so they can take a little while.
- every paid round in the hall of losers links to its transaction on solscan, so anyone can check it.
why you can’t farm it
the obvious trick is to buy big, dump on purpose, and collect the pot. it doesn’t pay.
since a winner gets back at most 50% of what they lost, the payout is always smaller than the loss. to win 1 sol, you have to have lost at least 2 sol. the minimum hold time and ignoring transfers close the other shortcuts.

contract
always check the address before you buy. the only real one is shown here and on the main page.
loading…risk
this is a memecoin. its price can go to zero, and it probably will at some point. payouts depend on trading activity and are not guaranteed. only use money you can afford to lose completely. nothing here is financial advice.
